May I have more than 12 overnight guests at the house?

The general rule is no more than 12 adult overnight guests. For more than 12 guests you must have prior approval. Please reach out to thefoxbriar@gmail.com.

There is a $500 fine for exceeding guest limit without owner approval.

May I use the barn for an event?

Use of the barn for an event is not permitted without owner approval. Please email thefoxbriar@gmail.com to request use of the barn for an event.

Are dogs allowed?

Generally no. I am a dog lover, I promise! Unfortunately some of our guests have allergies. Special cases will be considered.

May I have a party or event at the house?

Parties and events are not allowed on the property without owner approval. For general events, reach out to thefoxbriar@gmail.com.

Does the home provide towels and wash cloths?

The Fox Briar offers plenty of towels and wash cloths. The home has a washer and dryer for laundry, too. See the full list of bathroom amenities.

May I have a wedding at the property?

Weddings are only permitted with owner approval. Email thefoxbriar@gmail.com with event request details. The owner will review and determine if the property can accommodate your request.

Weddings may incur an additional charge.

Does the kitchen have pots and pans?
